OUR BOOTCAMP CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE GUIDANCE, EQUIPMENT, AND KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS ALL WHILE HAVING FUN! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOMED.

Wondering what the difference between Bootcamp and Bootcamp GLOW is?
    
Our regular Bootcamp classes take advantage of a more equipment-based workout where you are able to adjust the speed and resistances. We often utilize the whole room as we move around stations or circuits in an interval fashion. The trainer will teach the workout and then watch and critique as the group works through the workout.

Conversely, our Bootcamp GLOW classes are instructor-led and the trainer does the whole workout in the front of the class. These classes are designed to match individual songs with more body resistance movements and less equipment. 
You will set up on a mat with lighter resistance weights and stay in that spot for the duration of the class. Check out more info about Bootcamp GLOW here.

CLASS STRUCTURE

- 5 to 10 Minute Dynamic Warmup

- 45 Minute Workout

- 5 to 10 Minute Cooldown

*Our trainers provide modifications and advanced versions of all exercises to ensure all levels are catered to.

$130/Month For Unlimited Class Access

(also includes unlimited access to Bootcamp GLOW)

CLASS schedule

Monday: 6-7am

Tuesday: 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesday: 6-7am

Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm

Friday: 6-7am

Saturday: 9-10am
