Choose between 30, 45, and 60 minute in-person one-on-one sessions with Iron Rose. Take advantage of these sessions to learn exercises, check form, get assistance with programming, increase your accountability, and get motivated.
This option is completely individualized and our trainers will cater their programming exactly to your body type, lifestyle, and specific goals to ensure success.
We begin all one-on-one services with a free consult to establish a relationship and decide what package option is best for you.
