  • During your first session you and your trainer will do initial weigh-in measurements, create a gameplan, and set a realistic fat-loss goal​

  • You will schedule this first session when signing up, all remaining sessions will be scheduled with your trainer directly - online clients will get a Zoom link emailed to them for this session
