OFF-SEASON

PROGRAM

MONDAYS & FRIDAYS 4:30PM-6:30PM

Located at IRON ROSE FITNESS in Westford, MA

This 4-Week Off-Season Strength & Conditioning Program (OSSCP) is designed for high school athletes looking to improve their skills during the off season. Throughout these 8 sessions we will work on strength training, conditioning, endurance, speed training , agility, injury prevention, and more! Our coach, Avery Fuertes, is a high school track and field coach himself and therefore knows the ins and outs of all the skills that deserve attention during the off-season.
