This instructor-led 45 minute class is a mix of dynamic/static stretching, mobility exercises, and yoga. This class is great for those looking to improve their flexibility, joint health, and range of motion. Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance your performance, a more sedentary individual hoping to improve daily functioning, or already active but looking to incorporate these necessary movements into your recovery program, this is the class for you!
We will provide all equipment necessary for class, however if you would like to bring your own yoga mat rather than use ours you are more than welcome to!
