Hi I'm Avery! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and have been training clients for the past 6 years now. I specialize in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and helping people adapt fitness into their everyday routine. I am also certified in ALTIS with the focus on short sprints. Besides being a personal trainer, I am also a Track & Field and Soccer Coach. I’ve been coaching for the past 6 years. I enjoy and love the process of helping an individual or a team become successful in reaching their goals!
I grew up and spent my entire life in Maryland until I moved up to MA to go to Nichols College for Sports Management. I’ve always been involved with sports. In high school I ran cross country and track and field, and in college I ran track and field. I’ve completed a half marathon once before (that was an interesting experience) and 2 Spartan races (Beast and Super). I’m a regular guy who likes to go out and try different things, hangout with friends, binge watch TV shows, or just chill at home playing video games.
Hi I'm Julia! I am the proud owner of Iron Rose Fitness. Opening a gym has been a dream of mine ever since I can remember. I have worked super hard to build this amazing community of clients, who I can now happily also call friends, along with the best trainers around! Iron Rose Fitness is different than your average fitness center because of the people. I take so much pride in the supportive, educational, and motivational environment we have all created together!
I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and have been training clients for 6 years. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University. I have trained all different types of people with varying goals including, but not limited to, weight loss, strength building, weight gain, athletic performance, improved self confidence, and injury recovery.
I worked in the weight room at Syracuse with Men's Football, Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Women's Soccer, Rowing, Cross Country, and Women's Softball. I have helped tons of people lose up to 30-50 pounds, many D1 athletes improve their performance, people get rid of their back pain, and multiple woman throughout their pregnancy ensuring that they were able to workout with me all the way up until the week they gave birth.
I was born and raised here in Westford, MA. I was dancer for my entire childhood up through half of college as well. I was never athletic growing up, but I fell in love with working out and the gym when I was about 16. When I am not working out or training at the gym, I spend most of my free time on my boat or jet ski at Lake Winnipesaukee or snowmobiling in Northern New Hampshire and Maine.
Hello! My name is Makena and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I am passionate about helping individuals find exercise that they enjoy, while creating healthier lifestyle habits. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, whether that involves gaining strength, weight loss, or body recomposition. My education in movement science and nutrition has given me the knowledge to empower a diverse range of individuals in gaining confidence in themselves and everything their body is capable of.
I grew up in Westford and still live here now. I love spending time outdoors, either hiking, or in the sun at the beach, or my lake house. I also enjoy spending time with my twin sister and creating fitness content on social media with her. Together we share a love for sushi and country music
Hey! I’m Liam, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and RP Certified Nutrition Coach. I have worked as a trainer for 7+ years. I specialize in weight loss, bodybuilding, cross-training, and youth sports. I went to Sacred Heart University where I got my bachelor's as well as master's degree in accounting and competed on the track & field team. My main goal in life is to impact as many people as I can through fitness.
Sports have always been a part of my life. In high school, I was on the wrestling and track teams. I was able to break the school record for the discus throw with a throw of 168ft. My favorite things to do are work out, cook, read, and hang out with friends!
